The Hiemal King

The Hiemal King was a person that ruled over Hiemal, a kingdom known for its intense military power. He was a mysterious person, and often kept his voice, face, and race hidden from the public. On the rare occassions in which he would speak, a wizard masked his voice. Rumors say that the king was heard speaking throughout the city on the day that the entire city burned down in one of the greatest fires in history. Due to his anonymity, there are very few historical records on him, as most were burnt in the fire or stolen.
