Fey Judgement

The Fey Judgement was a act made by the Council of Three after Mi'tilarro Dorpeis killed Olinus. The curse forced the dark elves and many other dark fey into the cave systems of Faymare and The Feywilds. This was passed to punish the common anti-divine mindset of the Dark Elves. It was passed in 806AA.
