The Greys, as the Humans have called them, are a mysterious race that never likes to stay in the same place for too long. As such, they have long since abandoned their home planet, and have long since forgotten where it was in the first place. They prefer to watch life develop on other planets, one such case being the humans of Earth. It's thought that the Greys were the first mortals to discover the Ancients and just how many races are connected to them.

Genetics and Reproduction

While the Greys are capable of biological reproduction, they have developed more efficient methods of reproducing that don't require a mating ritual as strange or archaic as the Humans have. Upon reaching a consensus, a couple simply deposit some of their DNA into a special growing pod kept in a highly secure center and wait the allotted time for their child to be born. They have not messed with their own DNA beyond this, so the child must be raised as normal. Despite being a hybrid, it's thought that Vanadium was conceived via this method.
