Isotor
Founded by Isotna Ferivius I, the second ruler of the Ferivian Era, in 46 FE, Isotor was the first Ritherian colony to be established. It has close ties with its younger sister colony Scavohla.

Government
As a colony of Ritheria, Isotor abides by the most serious of her laws, but the smaller-scale decisions and location-based laws are decided by a committee of nine which is elected yearly. These nine vote on issues, going by the majority.
Defences
A pack of Dragons live on the outskirts of the city, alongside a couple of Dragon Riders from Ritheria, who are tasked with defending the city.
Infrastructure
The Bridge of Mitti - a bridge spanning the narrowest section of the wide River Dallitis, designed by Mitti Rictic and built in 23 PE.
