Fantasia

It's a world with magic and creatures, were people are living in poverty, but the leaders live in their own towns, and are ignoring the fact that everyone else is doing horrible. There are only a few people who have magic and stuff, and those people are being hunted down by the leaders, who are afraid that thye will start an uprising against them. There are also monsters, and they are kinda mean :/
