Fallout: New Frontiers FanFic

The year is 2291 and The Brotherhood of Steel has received recent intel from scouts that a long lost pre-war artifact may be located to the north. In response to this intel, The Brotherhood has sent a large force north from New California back to the pacific northwest, otherwise known as Cascadia (Southern B.C., Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon), in order to retrieve this artifact and bring it back to New California where it can be tested and stored. Tasked with this mission is newly appointed Elder Yesenia Tenorio, but the retrieval of the artifact is not her only directive in Cascadia. The New California Republic is beginning to crumble as overpopulation has taxed the limited food and water supply. Out of self-preservation High Elder Maxson made it clear to Elder Tenorio that gathering intel on the long-term prognosis of the land to the north is just as important as the artifact. Not wanting to panic the rest of The Brotherhood, High Elder Maxson divulged this directive secretly to Elder Tenorio and Tenorio alone. With only minimal intel to go on, Elder Tenorio embarks to Montana with her contingency of six vertibirds of Brothers and Sisters to the coordinates of the only Brotherhood bunker ever recorded in Cascadia…
