Gallio Elibro
Gallio Elibro is a brooding Rashemi. The town's resident wizard and sage. Gallio wears an ink-stained robe and his curly black hair is tousled. His fingertips are stained with purple ink. He is a powerful wizard and ranking member of the Order of the Many-Starred Cloak. He charged 400 gold pieces for castings of the legend lore spell.
He came to Leilon to find and unlock the secrets of the House of Thalivar and suppervise the rebuilding of the tower and the the Neverwinter soldiers. Gallio has found many coded journals inside the ruin, which he decrypted. His relentless studies have pushed him to the brink of exhaustion.
Once the tower finally became safe for people to enter in the late 15th century DR, Thalivar's ghost began possessing the wizard Gallio Elibro, taking control of him during nights in order to continue his old planar research. Neither Gallio nor Thalivar were actually aware of this arrangement, with the former believing he was simply having restless sleep and the latter believing he was still alive but trapped in a nightmare in which his tower was in ruins. This was stopped by adventures that came to investigate sightings of ghosts.
