Qindricaar

Qindricaar is the most disagreeable with mortals on the Metallic Dragon Council.

The reason his father dislikes him is: A shame and blight on the family for him to be cast out. It has been two years since Qillik turned, and fifty years since Qindricar and Qillik last saw one another.
