Ranaer Neverember

The son of Lord Dagult Neverember, former Open Lord of Waterdeep, he worked tirelessly to fix damage his father's greed had wrought on the city. Now freed from the bounds of his past he has joined his friends in The Phantom's Chosen to help aid them on their quest. Skilled as both a bard and a rogue, he is as handy in battle as he is caring and noble.
