Valthrun

The so-called "smartest man in Winterhaven," has spent many years researching local legends and lore, but has little taste for adventuring. His support of Triple T's crusade against Kyuss has carried him farther afield than he ever expected, nearly costing him his life on every occasion. After facing death at the jaws of Dragotha, Valthrun decided he had done all he could. He passed the torch to his old mentor, Elminster , a wizard far more familiar with the travails of saving the world.
