Khan L'Baers

Khan (a.k.a. Hank Selbar, Balabar Smenk)

One of Hank Selbar's many faces. L'Baers was implicated in several events destabilizing Winterhaven and aiding the Age of Worms:

• Using hedge magic to curse Ernest Padraig 
• Hiring rioters to foment unrest against Padraig and Triple T
• Kicking a boy in the face when the lad tried to pickpocket L'Baers' saddlebags
• Convincing Lady Alicia Rose Dupree to redirect supplies away from the construction of TTT HQ.
• Hiring Ss'thas from the Blood Arena to guard Ilthane's lair in the kobold caves while she corrupted their eggs.

L'Baers was eventually captured at the Blood Arena when he surrendered to Triple T rather than face the horrors of the Ebon Triad after he undermined their supplies and skimmed from their books.
