Utrumm's Music Conservatory

Utrumm's Music Conservatory is both a Library and Performance space. It consists of an Archive of written music and Song Scrolls, as well as 40 practice chambers. Individuals can rent a practice room for the cost of 1 Silver Piece every 2 hours, with the condition that any Master musician can listen in at will from the balconies above.
Paid admission performances are strictly prohibited, as the Master Musicians feel that the joy of music should be accessible to everyone. Free recitals are allowed in the Halls of Hearing on The Ground Floor.
