Setup: You are in a New York City (modern) subway station. It's late in the evening, but even at this late hour it's odd that there are so few people waiting for the next train. Give description of the party members. The lights flicker as you hear the rumble of the approaching train. DC15 perception to notice blue energy in the flickering lights. The train stops and the doors slide open on a single car. You board the car and take a seat. It's a typical subway car, that funky smell and slight dinge to everything. There is only one passenger already on board and he looks like he stepped right out of the 1920's. He's a burly sized man wearing faded blue cover-alls and a matching newsie style hat with dark hair poking out from underneath. He has a five o'clock shadow and a thick black mustache. He looks worn down, like a man finishing an 80 hour work week on the factory floor. On the seat next to him sits a large, red pipe-wrench. The train continues along at it's fast pace for a few minutes. The strange man seems to be sleeping in his seat. Then, out of nowhere, you hear a thud and the train car shudders. The lights in the car flicker and you see the strange man slowly look up from him nap.
