Fadrath

Fadrath is a large world that is very earth like, though is much larger in size. It has 5 main continents, 3 smaller continents, and 4 large archipelagos.   Continents:
El Haran: El Haran is a more arid continent with spots of intense lushness that are fought over for their massive fresh water resources, as well as more fertile ground to grow crops. The inhabitants of El Haran are grouped into two main groups. City dwellers who are always prepared to fight to control their water supplies, and nomad groups who wander the arid land, going from watering hole to watering hole.   Barandi: Barandi is a typical temperate continent that lies just north of the tropics. It is the smallest of the main continents, being roughly 3,500,000 sq miles. It has many stone cliffs on the edges, which prevents erosion, but also few landing areas of real import. This makes the port cities not only very powerful, but also defacto for any of the small kingdoms that dot this continent.   Mirathdi: Mirathdi is the largest of the continents, spanning a whopping 25,000,000 sq miles. Mirathdi is so large that it generates it's own weather patterns. It has abundant numbers of mountain ranges, forests, a large rain forest, and deserts. The lowest edges of Mirathdi lay across the equator, with the mountains in the north forming a curtain across the arctic circle.   Hormanth: Hormanth is a middle sized continent, remarkable for the fact that for almost the entirety of the continent is covered in dense rain forest. There are many strange and interesting creatures have been documented, and no doubt more that remain unknown to the wider world. Hormanth spans approximately 6,000,000 sq miles.
