Runic Cuffs

While to the common folk, they simply seem like two metal bangles, these cuffs are anything but ordinary. Inscribed with a variety of protection and binding runes, these are the tools of detainment used by the Sentinel of the Coven all across the continent.  Straight out of the industrial quarter these are only permitted in the trained hand of the military, commoners know that any Sentinel who carries these is bad news.
    Comprising two metal bangles, they are engineered to adjust to a necessary size when need be. Once the two bangles are placed on the perpetrator, a simple inscription allows the officer to link the two together and if there are multiple detainees, they can be linked together for easy transport.
