Phantom

Phantom is known as an information network. At least for those connected enough to have heard its name spoken before. They are known to sell the information they have to those who are willing to pay, the consequences are damned. Good, Bad, Chaos, and Law. These ideas hold little value for their members the value of a situation determined by what it is worth economically. Identified by distinctive purple robes and adornments their members have an air of confidence about them.





Not every member holds these values however as you have learned firsthand. A scroll containing the battle plans of The Withertooth was delivered to Aknis in the middle of the night by five of their members free of charge although they remained anonymous.


Many, however, as you have learned do share the values of the organization. Upon your arrival at the outskirts of Colkirk, you came across a Phantom Broker. He embodied all the values you had only heard in rumor. Through your tense dealings with the organization, you earned a small fortune of coin and a set of cards. Emblazed upon the surface lied the image of a question mark.
