Jaktur Krishtan is a businessman and celebrity-turned-politician, unusual within Tal’Dorei. His extravagant lifestyle is not unusual among Tal’Dorei’s leaders, but his flamboyant, showy behavior certainly is—and the people of Kymal love him for it. Instead of leading personally, Jaktur delegates most of his duties to his advisors, leaving him free to do what he likes best: being a fabulously wealthy public icon, making nightly appearances at the Maiden’s Wish, throwing magnificent galas, and organizing street fairs. Jaktur’s majordomo, an austere tiefling woman named Prudence, wearily manages the day-to-day minutiae of running Kymal.

Handsome square jaw with a neat black goatee/mustache framing an inviting smile, pearly whites that contrast against his caramel brown cheeks and golden brown eyes.

Finely embroidered crimson & navy blue doublet with gold trim, with a short collar holding back the frilly lacey collar of his white undershirt and a golden silk sash around his waist. A navy blue cape is pinned to each shoulder with gold brooches. Hanging from the sash on one side is a fine black leather pouch, and on the other is an expertly crafted kukri covered in gold engraving with a matching scabbard. He wears tight fitting pants, vertically striped in matching crimson & navy blue with knee high polished leather boots, trimmed and embroidered with gold thread.

An entrepreneur from Ank’Harel named Calis Krishtan opened a small casino called “The Maiden’s Wish.” This gave the economy a vibrant boost, interest in the city grew, and people returned to Kymal as it rebranded as a haven for luck and quick currency. Now expanded over the past two generations, Kymal has now recovered somewhat due to this growing presence of sanctioned games of luck, even going so far as to name Calis’ son, Jaktur Krishtan, heir to the Maiden’s Wish, as the Margrave of Kymal.

Flaws: He spends a little too much time courting and fucking beautiful women(sometimes to his detriment) and some whisper that he has several bastard children throughout Kymal, though he in fact has no children.

So far none have made the connection that the arch and indeed the garden itself is Jaktur's shrine to the Traveler.

He has a few exotic pets on his estate, they roam freely and the more territorial beasts can be a bit of a nuisance to visitors. Peacocks, conyers, and swans, koi ponds, a pair of giant tortoises, a stable of the finest horses and a pack of hunting hounds. There are brave stray cats that visit the kitchens but as Jaktur is allergic, they are not allowed inside.

Wealth & Financial state
Owner of The Maiden's Wish Casino. Salary of Margrave is laughable, but the monstrous casino income and his inheritance makes that of little concern. He has the families private estate in the country with an impressive garden of exotic plants and animals, but spends most of his time living in the family manor inside the city. His family manor is guarded by a retinue of Black Cloaks, and he usually has 2 Black Cloak bodyguards when in public. He has one of the new Copperpot Crank-action Audiomatic devices in his house and often hosts "listening parties" with the wealthy elite to share the wonders & art of the inventive age that is blossoming in Tal'Dorei.
