Lucilfer, the Fallen Dragon, the eXalted Kin

eXalted One original prophecy: Our ruler our true god. The one born of Mortal flesh but Dragon God in blood. He will ascend us to true divinity and rule not only in right but by might.

Lucilfer is the exalted Kin. The one of prophecy that is dragon god in blood but mortal in flesh, and will bring the heavens to their knees. -will be the result of Lucilfer’s resolve to kill them being felt beyond the echoes of time and creating an anomaly; the Dragon Gods in the present timeline changed in which the new prophecy of the eXalted Kin bringing heaven to their knees came to be that was never there before. 

Note*: there was always a prophecy of an eXalted one that was to be born into this world and is said that will evolve all of the dragon kind into Dragon Gods and will rule over not just by right (of rule) but by might(by strength).
