Silos

Silos is the largest of Everim's five great islands. It's flanked by the Middle Sea and the Rich Waters to the north and the Greater Straights to its south. It's closest to the shores of the Scuorpio and Aramana greatlands. To its north is the island of Leo and beyond that the great island of Cyrpus. Silos is a region that's been highly contested for many a century. Its plentiful resources, size and strategic location makes Silos one of the most valuable lands in the world. Silos was one the first places settled by the Mannish First Ones and is the original land where the Sea-fare Mannish culture developed and spread outward. From Silos, Mannish peoples established camps and villages in Aramana, Leo, Cyrpus, and the Akano islands. Its history was mostly peaceful until the Phantinian Fourth Campaign arrived with its invasion fleets. Silos was an integral part of the Phantinian Empire throughout its life and its residual influence carried on long after the Empire transitioned to the Emperals and after its retreat.

Geography

The climate here fluctuates between temperate and tropical. To the northwest are the Merchant Mountains, the southwest tip of Silos contains the Deepshore Desert and the rest of the island has many forests and plains ranging from dry to humid temperatures.
