Myrr
Myrr was a true neutral god of wealth, trade, greed and balance. Their first appearance was during the Divine Emergence, when gods were brought back onto Evalon through unknown means. Myrr was amorphous and without any true recognizable identity.
"Why would Myrr identify themselves as anything else but what is most sought after: fame and fortune."
Description
Myrr was not generally depicted in art, and usually, the only identifier that was used was a depiction of a platinum coin. There are rare portraits of Myrr that showed a hooded figure with their face obscured. The only detail about their face that could be seen was the emerald jewels for eyes.
Personality
Myrr was renowned for their impartial perspective and unwavering adherence to contracts. They rewarded ambition tempered and punished those who broke bargains. While his followers viewed them as fair and dependable, others criticized Myrr for being indifferent to morality, acting only to enforce terms.
Worshippers
Those who worshipped Myrr often practiced their beliefs in markets, banks, or guildhalls. Their shrines were rare, as most followers of Myrr worshipped for personal gain. Any shrines that were made were very simple, and usually only featured coins as an offering.
- Offerings might include:
- Coins, trade goods, symbolic tokens of wealth
- Rituals:
- The Sealing of Bargains: A ceremonial signing of contracts before Myrr's altar.
- The Coin Flip: As simple as it sounded, flipping a coin to settle disputes.
