Steve is the rather innocuous sounding name of the immortal 'time wizard' who sent Anthony to Eaine. He appears as a human man in his early sixties, with your classical wizarding robe of stars, moons...and also clocks. He was defeated by the Disaster Party and taken by the Extratemporal Bureau for sentencing.
