Osseus Metallicum

Referred to by the Spider Demon as a 'demiplanar key', but dubbed 'osseus metallicum' by the paladin Khamet. It is an irregular, jagged, vaguely key-shaped hunk of golden metal. Previously it was marred by bloodstains that could not be washed away, but it was recently purified by the Everqueen, and now is instead marked with blue runes. It currently serves as Khamet's primary weapon.
Khamet acquired the weapon from a cambion he killed a short journey from the sexy tree, while the rest of the group fought Crezonis. He has signed a contract requiring him to hand over the demiplanar key to the Hellfire Paladin, if she aids the party in defeating Malka. Time will tell whether what the Everqueen did to the item will affect its abilities as a demiplanar key...

Significance

According to the Spider Demon, it unlocks a demiplane. The Hellfire Paladin wants Khamet to give her the item in exchange for her service against Malka.
Thanks to the Everqueen, it is now a powerful magical weapon, and has healing abilities that activate once per turn.
