Everqueen

Pan-elven creator goddess. Before the fey even realised they were supposed to be fey, the Everqueen took some of their essential essence and molded them into the elves as they are today. The exception being the drow, who were made as they are today by her sister, the Shadow Queen.
The Everqueen is also responsible for the Blessing of the Everqueen: the ability granted to elves to alter their reproductive anatomy over a night's rest.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Stylised sun and moon. An eight-pointed sun with alternating short and long rays, such as on Usavias' pendant, is a very common symbol and the one most often used for jewelry and holy symbols alike. 
The Everqueen is frequently represented in statuary as an elven figure with long flowing hair and robes, palms upturned, a sun in her right hand and moon in her left. The sun's rays run over her palm like water, and the moon is typically marked with lines representing its various phases.
