Commonly used in wizard towns, hover chariots are a broad term for a style of vehicle. They are created by first removing the wheels of any chariot. Next, you cast a hover charm on the chariot to have it hover your desired height. After that, you must acquire certain horses that have been trained to pull these enchanted vehicles since they are more touchy than normal chariots. The horses are attached like you would normally, aside from an extra rope that acts as an emergency brake.

Hover chariots tend to be more popular in the lower income towns since the wheels aren't bumping up and down with every rock they touch on the unpaved roads. Because of this, most wizards move their shops to these lower income towns to sell hover chariots.
