The Truth of the Sovereigns

The Path of the Sovereign is the conviction that the Wheel has chosen multiple Sophont to serve as Sovereign entities throughout time, and that the will of the Wheel can be soothsaid through who it has chosen and when it chose them.

There are multiple faiths which which stem from the interpretations of this myth.

Variations

The Somnolent is a Sovereign is a belief held by many of the faithful of Earth. This belief also tends to hold a skewed view of what a Sovereign is, at least relative to the original definition from the Ancient Haimarchy. There are volumes of debates between theologians that the miracles ascribed to biblical figures are evidence that they were Monolithic, a viewpoint that is at odds with the documented and proven evidence that Earth was a Null Void until Jhoutaioan Monoliths arrived.

A Fourth Sovereign is Fated also presumes that the Somnolent is a Sovereign, but it also presumes that either the power/title of Sovereignty did not simply pass to Lun-Kheren in the form of the Sacred Seal of Sovereignty as legend tells, but that instead there was no concrete Sovereign for thousands of years until Euphraesthi became a Sovereign and revealed the secret of life after death. The Somnolent is a third, and a Fourth may soon come.
