The world is divided, with clearly delineated borders from one country to the next. Each one with it's own unique set of rules and designs, races of all varieties are drawn to each one for different reasons. The world is one at the height of prosperity and growth for almost all creatures. Both magic and science continue to advance in a variety of nations, but with each one having a stronger inclination to one or the other. With so much power being readily accessible for so many, there has been great need of the brave few that would call themselves adventurers to arise and protect this bustling world.   Dragons and cloud giants rule the skies, beholders and liches scheme and plan to further their interests. Portals throughout the world mean the elemental incursions are a constant threat as are the terrors of the astral and etheral realms. The battle of the blood war boils as angels, devils and demons try to grip power within the prime material. The world has extreme weather changes, with the heated areas hot like deserts, requiring special wear or physiology to survive for long and the same is true of the cold.   What is truly unique are the storms that blow through, the worst of which are the Winds of the Weave. Everywhere the winds blow they twist and manipulate the weave, usually spelling chaos for those in its path, there are some that theorise true power lies in harnessing this wind. Yet still there are some places within that are untouched by magic, dead pockets within the weave mean there are locations where magic holds no way.   As realities collide, religion, science and magic fight for dominance, everyone does their best to survive and make their own way. What will be your story?
