Magic in this world is well known. Everyone knows there are unseen and mystical forces at work. However, most people simply don't have the know-how to access the boundless powers hidden behind closed barriers.

Main Hub

this place is for multiple magical merchants to sell their goods. Such as magical servants or even useful magical tools. Theres also failed, useless, discarded, or dangerous magical artifacts littered on free street where anyone can pick it up and have it.
This place is also where a lot of competition goes down as people like to take a break from shopping and win free goods.

Residence

Below the street are the living quarters with multiple magical apartments and houses.

The Boss

Iris is always in the rainbow palace right in the center of the district. Anyone can visit her in her palace. When visiting people look in admiration at the 12 foot tall blue-skinned woman with long flowing rainbow-colored hair that seemingly defy gravity. She wears a purple dress.
Iris is generally kind but strong-willed as she demands everyone in the Rainbow corner follow her rules or she will smite them without ever leaving her chair.
She is the one to give permission for anyone to sell, build, or place anything anywhere in her region. She also collects taxes for the area. She can also make rules and bans on the fly as she has full permission to do so from the god council.
