Change of kind

For a person to change kind, they must be at least 17 years of age. People under this age cannot change kind but can move territory. Also, only the person in question and the new kind must consent to change kind. So no other outside figure can alter a person's kind without their and the kind's consent. For the official ritual, the person must step in front of the new kind's official ruler(s) and recite a saying. After a slight amount of blood must be an offering to the ruler(s) if accepted, the person is now an official member of the new kind. However, if rejected (it has happened before), the person has to leave the kind's territory. They are not obligated to return to their old kind but must leave the recent ones.
