Ethereal Insurrection

Before the beginning was nothing. And from that nothing came for Mind and Will. This Will was absolute, and created everything alongside its opposite. Arc' Veih, the Omnipotent Light created Heaven, and all things that find Mercy and Order good. Arc' Ven, the Omnipotent Shadow created Hell and all things that treasure Chaos and Suffering. The two were in harmony, until a force beyond even them sparked a War. The first war, and the last. The War that would be fought across an infinite stage by infinite powers.   This, the Ethereal Insurrection, would bring bright worlds to ruin, and the light choked from entire planes. It would see the Darkness imprisoned for all time. Yet even the supreme ones could not stop change. Sooner or later, the Shadows will be free. And what will become of all things? Will reality fade? Will the Holy fall? What remains in the end of a War between ideas made incarnate?
