The neo-feudal organization of predators

The body of Kindred governance that sees predators policing other predators with a thin sheen of civilization on top, it is more commonly referred to as the All-Night Society.

The Primogen Council currently consists of three members of the Ordo Dracul, and one member from each of the Circle and the Invictus, while the Priscii have three members of the Invictus, one Lance's et Sanctum, and one ????.

⁽¹⁾ The Harpy, regrettably, comes from the Carthian Movement; a reporter in life, the All Night Society respects her attempts to be unbiased and notoriously expensive to bribe.

⁽²⁾ Part watchdog and part Ambassador, the Warden is responsible for the spiritual safety of the city, as well as good relations with the Beasts (for the Dark Mother) and the Demons, the Warden has always been a Gangrel and always a member of the Circle of the Crone.

The Prince answers to no one and is exempt from the dictates of their Priscus. The Prince, Seneschal, and Priscii are the only members of the Court able to bring matters before the Primogen Council for deliberation and consultation. All others must bring the matter to their Clan Priscus. With the exception of the Ventrue, all Priscii field Whips (lesser leadership) to handle requests for time or attention to a matter. The Priscii are expected to handle disputes within and between the clans, and when an equitable decision cannot be reached, to escalate to the Primogen Council.

History

Three years ago Prince Kerb Neninovat rose up out of torpor and exchanged his place for his partner's, as their cycle goes. The time since has seen a general upset in the Prince's advisors, and whispers abound that his partners do not sleep soundly. Discovery and elimination of a general conspiracy of the Prince's advisors cemented his role as the primary source of Kindred largess.

Religion

Officially the worship of the Dark Mother predominates, and the city holds official festivals on the nights of the Sabbats and the Esbats. Attendance is optional.
