The formal end of the intergalactic war between Sumnia and Dione, later known as the Orion War.

The formal capitulation of the Dionian government, with specific terms, to the Republic of Sumnia. The treaty was signed in The Hague on Earth between David Carson CEO Dione Corporation and Admiral Harida Yellen of the Sumnian 1st Fleet. The treaty was noted as signed at 12 o clock midday after a morning of negotiation.
