Eternarii Elf

Elves are a magical people of otherworldly grace, living in places of ethereal beauty, in the midst of ancient forests or in silvery spires glittering with faerie light, where soft music drifts through the air and gentle fragrances waft on the breeze. Elves love nature and magic, art and artistry, music and poetry.
ability score increase: +2 to Dexterity
age: Approximately 1000 years.
alignment: Any Non-Evil Alignment - Elves of Eternarii value individual choice so long as it does not interfere with nature.
Size: Medium
speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages: Common and Elven.
race features:
Darkvision. Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Fey Ancestry. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.   Trance. Elves do not sleep. Instead they meditate deeply, remaining semi-conscious, for 4 hours a day. The Common word for this meditation is "trance". While meditating, you dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive after years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit a human would from 8 hours of sleep.   Keen Senses. You have proficiency in the Perception skill.  

Elf Subrace Features:

 

Dark Elf, Drow:

  Ability Score Increase Your Charisma score increases by 1.   Superior Darkvision Your darkvision has a range of 120 feet, instead of 60.   Sunlight Sensitivity You have disadvantage on attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of the attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.   Drow Magic You know the Dancing Lights cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Faerie Fire spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Darkness spell once and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.   Drow Weapon Training You have proficiency with rapiers, shortswords, and hand crossbows.  

High Elf (Corril):

  Ability Score Increase Your Intelligence score increases by 1.   Elf Weapon Training You have proficiency with the longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and longbow.   Cantrip You know one cantrip of your choice from the wizard spell list. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this cantrip.   Extra Language You can read, write and speak one extra language of your choice.  

Wood Elf (Carav):

  Ability Score Increase Your Wisdom score increases by 1.   Elf Weapon Training You have proficiency with the longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and longbow.   Fleet of Foot Your base walking speed increases to 35 feet.   Mask of the Wild You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural phenomena.
Elves emerged into the world of Eternarii from the vast Forest of Corrilwal. The magic springs and widespread appearance of Fey within the forest gave Elves a particular kinship with magic use. This kinship tends to lend Elves a somewhat otherworldly quality. Tall, graceful and with elegant features, most other races find Elves hauntingly beautiful.   Though having a similar height to humans, most Elves tend to be more slender than humans rarely weighing more than 145 pounds. Elves too do not grow facial hair and as a result of this and their elegant nature, many elves appear at first glance androgynous to members of other species. Their skin colours encompass the same range of tones as most humans and dwarves, usually paired with amber, gold, green or blue eyes and hair of gold or silver tones.   Elves frequently live close to 1000 year of age. Though they reach biological maturity in the same timescale as humans, Elven society at large expresses the opinion that no Elf can truly be considered an adult until they reach their first century. Before this point young elves are encourage to venture out and explore the world at their leisure. Upon return at the age of 100, elves then take on a new adult name recognising them as full and complete members of the society.   Due to their long lives, Elves do not rush to decisions. In fact they frequently take a broader approach to the issues that face groups of other species. Despite this history is of incredible importance to Elves who pass this on in predominantly oral forms. Emphasis then is frequently given to bardic arts, the study of lore, nature, and even the arcane in later life. In younger life elves can often show themselves to be flexible and even formidable fighters securing their homeland from all who might trespass.
