Until a dwarf creates a masterpiece they will never be considered a master in their craft. once a dwarf is able to craft their masterpiece they will truly enter the master stage of their craft and be able to being training other crafters in full. very few dwarves advance to the next level of Grandmaster. a Grandmaster is a dwarf who has managed to craft a magnum opus, a truly legendary piece of work that will carry their clan to glory and prestige for generations to come. most clans are built around a single craft and Grandmaster though some have a couple Grandmasters at the head.   While apprenticeships are the primary form of education in the Kingdom of Dun Morogh, the kingdom does also have a number of schools that teach more traditional subjects, such as reading, writing, and arithmetic.
