Eslora is a Northern hemisphere continent consisting of 6 city-states. Once united under a single high king, the city-states now govern independently and maintain fragile alliances with one another. The unified kingdom was shattered through the murder of the high king by his Archmage advisor and the subsequent century-long war with the Archmage that followed. The continent is currently in an age of fragile peace, with the Archmage having retreated to corrupted lands to the Northeast and each city-state having established autonomous operating governments and treaties with one another.
