Naksiya (KNOCK-see-ah)

Naksiya are tricksy little fey foxes that soulbond with a single individual at a time. They are oft denoted as "guardian angels" though angels they are not. 
They are very protective over those they claim as their bonded, but beware to those who treat that individual poorly.

Anatomy

Naksiya can appear like a normal fox, or they can appear ethereal in form, or somewhere in between.

Behaviour

Naksiya enjoy playing minor tricks on those who treat their soulbonded poorly. Things like stealing shoelaces, hiding important documents in a different drawer, or causing someone to trip over a tree root are all easy tasks for a Naksiya.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Naksiya can, in their normal form, act like a normal fox. In their ethereal form (similar to a will o' wisp or other ethereal critter) they can pass through walls.
They speak only telepathically, and can only be heard by the one they are soulbonded to, and the bond is not a consensual pact. Only the Naksiya choose the pact bond.
They can also make themselves invisible at will, making it nearly impossible to notice one if they don't want you to do so.
