Blight Leech

The Blight Leech is a new species, having developed in the last ten years. It might have started as a normal leech that evolved from the Blight, or might have simply been created by the Blight itself, but regardless it is not a good critter to have near you.
Blight Leeches do not only suck blood, they also pass on the Blight in bloodborne form... rather than just having it slowly overtake an individual through airborne means over the course of a week or a month.
They are dangerous and to be avoided at all costs!

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Blight Leeches carry the Blight within them and transmit that disease to whomever they bite, as well as sucking that individual's blood.
They are not intelligent, they do not have eyes, they seem to sense heartbeats.
