Celphs

The Celphs

The Celphs centered on the east of the Kamaran Rainforest, though their expansionist habits and artifacts left behind have shown them they have reached as far north as the Shan Desert, as far south as Vidney Bay, and as far east as Auvindi. They lived a highly militaristic lifestyle, as more weapons have been found in that area than any of the others previously mentioned. It is reasonable to suggest they were the invaders to the Danudas, as well as various small tribes in the south, despite being so far away.   Due to the height of the Khaosai, there is an obvious difference between a khaosai weapon, and a human weapon. There are numerous weapons on Celph territory, however, at least 15% what has been found seem to have been made for humans. However, humans are far, far outside the Celph's sphere of influence. It is therefore concluded that humans, at the time the Celph civilization had impact, there was a civilization in the south that had access to numerous sea-faring ships. The Celphs used these ships to invade other civilizations. The Celphs used Old Merkhan, a language that had no written form, but had an extensive list of books on their king’s history written in Old Kassan. These books were written at a time where many of the kings had already passed and had become myths and legends. There are particularly many records of Harndi the Conqueror, who had a fleet of human ships, operated by mages. He expanded the Celph territory far south, into the Shin desert, and far east into modern day Sarsesa, a minor city in southern Auvindi.   Due to the required size of an army needed to maintain a civilization as large has he had, army service would be a requirement of the civilization. No books were found that go into the specifics of the Celph’s military strategies, however most bolster of their might. Harndi also constructed baths wherever he conquered. The Celph capital had the largest of the bath, possibly holding up to 500 people in the building. The baths themselves, however, are much smaller, holding 5-10 people at a time.
