The city breathed its first free breaths of many and it breathed as if having never taken a breath, The City Of Diamonds was finally...Free, free of slavers, oppression and most importantly of dark elves.

The City Of Diamonds also called Marri'zine by the Dark Elves. The City Of Diamonds was founded by Mizz'ri Thorne'dar was looking for a place to settle with her followers after the Dark Elf city, Mizar'doll or The Place of Pearls as it was also known fell to human retaliation after one to many raids in 2033 (896 years ago). Automatons came into being by being invented by Dresrith Ruedoll-Abbinn is a toy inventor that invented automatons as companions and toys for small children sold the rights of production to The City Of Diamond as a toy concept. The Dark Elves realized that they would be even better as an unpaid workforce.
Due to slavery and bad conditions a slave uprising started being planned in the third winter of 2560 by Automatons and other slaves of “The City of Diamonds”also known as Marri'zine . The real actionable plans truly started to take shape beginning in the second spring 2561 with a surge of people joining in secret.
The largest voices of the revolution and biggest heroes are Dancer 196 who strong presence , commanding attitude, and keen mind allowed her to be the leader of the revolution, Dancer 196’s future husband Gerrum Ironsheild who led the assault of the armory, and Brother Balris Mossborn priest of Mira'kai who's is best known for taking charge of the medics, healers, alchemists, and the like and ensure minimum casualties.

The dark elves that helped with the revolution most where "The Sun-Moon Allegiance ", “"True Warriors for Jin’a", and "The Windcaster's Beloved"
The Sun-Moon Allegiance are a vocal Dark Elf minority that despised slavery and seeks its end and will go to great lengths to achieve this goal. Many Dark Elf settlements ban this organization and hunt them with prejudice.
True Warriors for Jin’a believe that soldiers and workers in Dark Elf society should be willing and ready because they believe slavery angers Jin’a.
The Windcaster's Beloved believes that the consciousness of automatons was a gift from Windcaster and those are blessed and deserve protection.
The kicking out of the Dark Elves from the city even those who helped free them was and is controversial choice.

Geography

The City of Diamonds is a warm and wet cave system its warmth comes from lava flowing under the city. Its also near a large underground sea which is why its wet is from the lava causing the water to be hot spring like.
The City Of Diamond's most notable feature is a giant glow diamond called "The Moon Shard" that's roughly of a 91 meters tall and a third as wide illuminating the city as if under light of a full moon. Many of the structures in The City of Diamonds are carved from the surrounding stone or built from the quarried stone from near by. Some other buildings have imported stone from various place.

People are mostly satisfied with the goverment as its elected officals. However, the kicking of the drow from the city is still controversial as there where factions that helped free slaves the city from the prevous government. The creator of the automatons Dresrith Ruedoll-Abbinn lives in a cabin within 30 mintutes many former enslaved automatons have a complex, diffcult, and contrvesal oppins on her. Many respect her for some begrudingly respect, distane, fear, and hate and others freely give their love respect and sometimes even some of worship.

People have a say in goverment which leads to more peaceful reign the Glowing Guard keeps the peace in the city. There are occational protests the glowing guards keep it non-violent to the best of there ablity but occatial fights break out.The cabinet members elceat the head of the cabinet. Cabinet members are elected every 8 years. Dancer 196 has never been not one the cabinet member and been the of cabinet since the first ellecetion.
