Felmar Confederacy

The Felmar Conferedacy is the collection of the several states and countries, mostly independent but wich unite if faced with threats that threaten all elven kind. This is the last remmanent of the mighty Falanorian Empire, wich once ruled over most of Prozeon, and it was it first civilization. Is the main "country" of the elves.
