Common Fashion

Commoners in Eriad tend to wear functional items fit for their climate, as their lives are usually kept busy by their work and family lives, without much opportunity for formal events or any real need to display their personalities through clothing. In areas of a standard temperament, this would mean standard cloth trousers and shirts in browns, blacks, and whites. Loose enough to stay cool but also easily supported by a thick cloak when the weather turns cold.

Peoples such as the Tabaxi who live in the desert tend toward flowing robes, designed in lighter colors to keep the heat off their already fur-covered bodies. Fortunately, Tabaxi have quite the tolerance for heat.

Nobility

Unlike the commonfolk, nobility have a lot more free time and consequently, a lot more opportunity to display extravagant costumes at formal events, or to simply wear as they walk through the streets. These outfits tend to be bright in color, with more flamboyant designs. They also tend toward using longer flowing fabrics.

Adventurers

Adventuring fashion is some of the wildest fashion currently seen in Eriad. There is no common theme, as each adventurer tends towards displaying their own personality through their outfit, along with whatever is functional for their role in society.

Materials

Materials used in common clothing are woolen cloth, fur, and linen. The richer people wear more expensive materials such as silk, or finest and most rare forms of linen and fur.
