Session Report 14

General Summary

Having finally reached Kannaksen, the Muskrats began the process of attempting to unload their vast supply of White Dragon's Nectar. Through a second hand jeweler by the name of Pavil Vag, the Muskrats found that their contact Norm Resta was known to hangout at the Black Serpent Inn and has a streak of deceit a mile long. 
Upon reaching the Black Serpent Inn, Marv quickly took charge over the negotiations with Norm. Marv's negotiation style like his fighting style relies on sheer brawn and is wholly devoid of any tact. Marv's strong will did succeed in securing a deal with Norm and the Muskrats with Norm in tow went to view the goods. Upon their arrival Norm realized that he was dealing with representatives of the Dollmaker and that a shakeup in the shipping staff had occurred. Norm argued that the deal should be based on the usually prices that had been used for prior transactions. The Muskrats reluctantly agreed in an effort to avoid drawing the attention of the Dollmaker's underlings. The final deal was 6,000 gold pieces for the 100 crates. They are to be picked up shortly after midnight with Fin, Flint, and Flynn in charge of the sale. 
With the drug deal finished, the Muskrats headed of the Stadium to take part in a tournament that they had joined in. The tournament consists of five rounds that each pose a unique challenge. If more than one team successfully clears all five rounds than a runoff is held. The Muskrats' first challenge was to defeat a troll before it could kill an orphaned girl. The Muskrats succeeded but the challenge left some of the party members wondering what kind of tournament they had entered. The second challenge the Muskrats simply had to face off against a 3 ogres and kill them in a specific order. The third challenge saw the Muskrats face a single leucrotta and 9 gnoll witherlings. The fourth challenge and perhaps the most daunting required that the Muskrats fight a water elemental and that each participating member in the challenge had to fill a one gallon bucket before the water elemental was killed. The Muskrats have nearly succeeded in completing this challenge. Each participating member has filled their bucket and the water elemental is barely still standing.
