Chisath

Chisath was one of Tiamat's top generals during The Hubric Wars. Chisath was an ancient green dragon, and is mostly remembered for creating Kobolds. Chisath found a way to make a near endless supply of Kobolds that threatened to overwhelm the forces of The Ascended.
