This flask is filled with a white liquid that turns into a quickly growing black of ice. As a bonus action, you can throw this flask up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. Make a ranged attack against a creature or object, treating the flask as an improvised weapon. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 cold damage and becomes restrained by growing ice if the creature is large or smaller, a creature can end this condition by using its action to make a DC13 strength check to break the ice. Any fire damage dealt to the ice ends the restrained condition immediately.

This potion’s rose-hued, the effervescent liquid contains one easy to miss bubble shaped like a heart.

Permanent Potion of Climbing
When you drink this potion, you gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed indefinitely. While this effect is active, you have an advantage on Athletics checks made to climb. The potion is separated into different layers resembling bands of earthen materials. Any effect that prevents spells from being cast disabled this effect while you are affected by it, but the effects of the potion return after that disabling effect ends at the start of your next turn. Effects that end spells, such as dispel magic prevent the effects of the potion from occurring until the end of the next day.
