Personality: Snooty is probably the first word to jump to anyone’s mind upon meeting Darth Corvictus. However, after a few minutes of speaking about what it means to be Sith, about what it means to explore genealogy, one would also find he is vibrantly passionate about his work. Haughty as he might seem at first, in truth he doesn’t intentionally talk down to anyone because he sees them as lesser, he just simply has very high standards.

Not one to seek conflict, Darth Corvictus is still a skilled enough bladesman and Force user to have earned his title fair and square. He has no issue reminding those beneath his station of this should he feel he is being disrespected. All the same, he’d much prefer his labs and research over openly seeking a fight. Humor, especially crude humor, has a tendency to fly over his head or otherwise make him roll his eyes and sneer in disgust.

Once one can get past his near amoral curiosity for science and high standards, they might find that he truly is just a Sith who loves what he does.

Background:Darth Corvictus and his twin sister were some of the few aliens to willingly join the Empire and contend with the xenophobic hardships that it presented. He passed his trials on Korriban thanks to his quick wit and skill with medicine, while his twin became successful by assisting the overseers with artifacts and digsites.

Upon succeeding his final trial, he was swiftly picked up by a Darth who did not hold nearly as much xenophobia as his fellows in the Empire. If anything, the new Master was eager to find a way to fold the whole of the planet and its people into the wings of the Empire. Having this kind of support offered plenty of protection and opportunity to explore biotic sciences as Corvictus so wished. This lasted for years, decades even, and allowed Corvictus to eventually rise into Lordship. However, when he discovered his Master had planned to replace him with another, he ultimately killed his Master and took his replacement under his wing as his first Apprentice.

Since then, Corvictus had taken his former Master’s title and powerbase and made it his own. His Apprentice has since gone on to become a Lord that works within the same sphere but did not follow Darth Corvictus to his latest assignment - assisting the Maw in taking Cahnsu.

Meanwhile, his twin has since also risen the ranks of the Sith. She now goes by Darth Strigya and works within the Sphere of Ancient Knowledge.
