Zamboula

The Sand Traders

Zamboula is a bustling trade city, as much as one can be in the Eastern Desert, and attracts more tourists and visitors, due to it's unique architecture, than any other desert city. Being far enough into the desert to deter most woodland and mountain beasts but not quite far enough to attract the larger desert creatures, it is one of the safest cities to stop at on any journey along the Kings Road.

While the people are very friendly due to the need for trade and tourism, they at heart are skeptical of outsiders, beyond using them for money making. For the right price however, you can get many things here that would be impossible anywhere else in the Eastern Desert.
