The Lizardfolk Town

This small town, or even village, rests near a creek and large pond that feed the hundreds, or couple thousands, of lizard folk that live here. Many are either hunters or fishermen and craftsmen. They are decently isolated but a friendly lot. The town is however quite close to a region known as the dark forest that has recently become overgrown and filled with danger in the past decade. Not much is known as to why this area has become a place of undeath and misfortune, but it is best not to wander to far from the town, especially at night.
