Lucia Fiara

The current grand governess of the isles, Lucia came from humble beginnings, living in a small village on the big island. She was the only survivor when a band of Anti-Communist rebels razed her village to the ground after they supposedly harbored a spy for the Cabal. She was adopted by the Governess at the time as a political move, but learned the system on her own and was proud to gain the title through popular vote when her adopted mother passed on. Under her rule there is far tighter security in the empire and the Vicardoms of Wood Elves are now facing scrutiny and a possible war may break out.
