The Cult of Loki

Public Agenda

The Crocodile posse are a cult of Loki . This sect of the main church of Loki focus on subversion and destruction. They often infiltrate organizations and the destroy them from within from betrayal.

History

While Loki the god of trickery is now more commonly seen as harmless prankster god this was not always so. The roots of the cult of Loki go back to the Age of Heroes. During this time there was a split with the members of the church. The split came about over the disagreements in regards to one's trickery causing another pain, suffering or the destruction of property. The Current Church of Loki believes that while fooling others is righteous and worthwhile it should not cause pain and you shouldn't destroy another person's things. The Cult of Loki believes that the truest form of trickery is one where the target feels pain and suffering. As such by scamming and tricking others they hope to bring them into the light of the trickery god.   As an organization they soon found themselves well suited for espionage and for infiltration. They began to infiltrate other sects or organizations and bring them down from within. They were in the process of attempting this in Rivenlock when their plan was foiled by Bosh, Diaz, Ka'uhane, and Knuckles.

Disbandment

The group's force in Rivenlock disbanded when Bosh, Diaz, Ka'uhane, and Knuckles were sent in to disrupt their organization by the Southern Ghosts. In the end the group killed nearly all of the members of the cult in Rivenlock     While the main portion of the cult was killed off there are still outposts of the cult in other parts of the world however.
