Naming Traditions
While Coastal dwarves do often take names based on their culture of where they live they do still have strong cultural ties to the naming traditions of their ancestors. Often times a coastal dwarf might have three names, a given name, a dwarven name, and a clan name.

Common Dress Code
Unlike other dwarves, coastal dwarves do not grow out their beards. They prefer close cropped facial hair or short trimmed beards.
History
Coastal Dwarves split differ from others of their race by their love of the sea. They can often be found living on or near the coasts and they make great sailors and craftsmen. They are the most common of the dwarves and the most integrated into life with the other races.
Common Myths and Legends
The dwarves hold a myth that they were the first shipwrights. This is probably true as the other early race to develop cities form civilizations were the Sea elves who have no use for ships.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Coastal dwarves get along well with the other races. they have no strong animosity to anyone. They see the Snow dwarves as distant cousins who are too barbaric for their tastes but hold them to ill will as a people.
