God of Pain

Exercising to the point of exhaustion. Disciplining a child. Imprisonment. Consuming an antivenom to gain resistance. Starting a war to protect one's borders. Self-flagellation. Torture. All of these acts and more are considered sacred to Alos. For Alos, pain and suffering are tools meant to be used. Suffering is the greatest motivator and those who learn to use it will triumph. Alos asks his followers to learn to use this tool on both themselves and others. The mind is weak, but the body can control it through pain. Fear is the greatest weakness of the mind. Misery should be embraced as the path to mastery over the self.
